제65차 대한악안면성형재건외과학회 종합학술대회에
여러분을 모시게 되어 매우 기쁘게 생각합니다.
이번 학술대회는 아름다운 여수에서, 우리 학회 구성원들이 한자리에 모여 최신 지견과 임상 경험을 나누고 서로의 생각을 깊이 있게 교류할 수 있는 자리로 마련되었습니다.
학술대회를 준비하면서 무엇보다도 실제 임상 현장에서 회원 여러분이 마주하는 고민과 질문들을 충실히 담아내고자 노력하였습니다. 최근 악안면 영역의 수술은 디지털 수술계획, CAD/CAM 기반 재건, navigation, AI, 맞춤형 치료 전략 등으로 빠르게 변화하고 있습니다. 그러나 새로운 기술이 도입될수록 오히려 더 신중한 판단과 깊이 있는 토론이 필요합니다.
이에 이번 학술대회에서는 단순한 지식 전달에 그치지 않고, 실제 진료와 수술에서 부딪히는 쟁점들을 보다 입체적으로 다룰 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성하였으며, 일부 세션에서는 서로 다른 견해를 비교하고 논의할 수 있는 토론 중심의 구성을 강화하였습니다. 이를 통해 참석하시는 선생님들께서 각 분야의 최신 경향을 이해하는 데 그치지 않고, 실제 환자 진료에 적용할 수 있는 통찰을 얻으실 수 있기를 기대합니다.
또한 국내 연자들뿐 아니라 해외 연자들과의 학술 교류, 그리고 인접 학문 분야와의 협업을 통해 이번 대회가 보다 넓은 시야에서 구강악안면외과의 현재와 미래를 조망하는 장이 되도록 하였습니다.
학문적 깊이와 실질적인 임상적 도움이 함께하는 학술대회가 되도록 최선을 다해 준비하였습니다. 이번 학술대회의 슬로건인 “Constellations: Beautiful Together, Brilliant as One”처럼, 각자의 자리에서 빛나고 있는 회원 여러분의 경험과 지식이 이번 학술대회에서 서로 연결되고 확장되어, 더 큰 학문적 성과와 동료애로 이어지기를 바랍니다.

Dear Members of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and Distinguished Guests,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 65th Annual Congress of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
This year’s congress is being held in the beautiful city of Yeosu, providing a meaningful opportunity for our members to gather, share the latest knowledge and clinical experiences, and engage in thoughtful and in-depth discussions.
In preparing this congress, we have focused on addressing the real clinical challenges and questions faced by our members in daily practice. The field of maxillofacial surgery is rapidly evolving with advances such as digital surgical planning, CAD/CAM-based reconstruction, navigation systems, artificial intelligence, and personalized treatment strategies. As these new technologies continue to emerge, careful judgment and deeper discussion have become more important than ever.
Accordingly, this congress has been designed not only to deliver knowledge, but also to explore key issues encountered in real clinical and surgical settings from multiple perspectives. Several sessions have been structured as discussion-based formats to compare differing viewpoints and encourage active debate. Through this, we hope participants will gain not only an understanding of the latest trends, but also valuable insights that can be directly applied to patient care.
In addition, through academic exchange with international speakers and collaboration with related disciplines, we aim to broaden perspectives and provide a comprehensive view of both the present and future of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
We have made every effort to create a congress that combines academic depth with practical clinical value. As reflected in this year’s theme, “Constellations: Beautiful Together, Brilliant as One,” we hope that the knowledge and experience of each member will come together, connect, and expand into greater academic achievements and professional camaraderie.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all domestic and international speakers and session chairs for their valuable contributions. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to the organizing committee and all staff members for their dedication, as well as to our sponsors and exhibitors for their generous support.

제65차 대한악안면성형재건외과학회 종합학술대회를 맞아 여러분께 인사를 드리게 되어 매우 뜻깊게 생각합니다.
1962년 창립 이래 우리 학회가 악안면 영역의 성형 및 재건 수술 분야에서 국내를 넘어 국제적으로도 주목받는 학문 공동체로 자리매김할 수 있었던 것은, 오랜 시간 학회의 발전을 위해 헌신해 주신 선배 회원 여러분과 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다해 주신 회원 여러분의 열정과 노력 덕분입니다.
이번 종합학술대회의 슬로건인 “Constellations: Beautiful Together, Brilliant as One”은 우리 학회의 지향점을 잘 보여준다고 생각합니다. 별 하나하나는 저마다의 빛을 가지고 있지만, 함께 모였을 때 더 큰 의미와 아름다움을 이루듯이, 우리 학회 역시 각자의 전문성과 경험이 모일 때 더욱 빛나는 공동체가 됩니다. 새로운 기술과 치료 개념이 끊임없이 등장하는 오늘날, 학문적 전문성과 임상적 통찰, 그리고 동료 간의 긴밀한 협력은 그 어느 때보다 중요합니다. 이러한 변화 속에서 우리 학회는 학문적 깊이를 지키는 동시에 젊은 세대를 길러내고 국제적 교류를 넓히며, 미래를 준비하는 학회로 더욱 성장해 나가야 할 것입니다.

Dear Members of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, distinguished guests, and colleagues,
It is a great honor and pleasure to greet you on the occasion of the 65th Congress of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Since its foundation in 1962, our association has become an academic community recognized not only in Korea but also internationally in the field of maxillofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. This has been possible thanks to the dedication of our senior members and the passion and hard work of all members who have done their best in their respective roles.
The theme of this congress, “Constellations: Beautiful Together, Brilliant as One,” reflects the direction of our association very well. Each star has its own light, but when stars come together, they create greater meaning and beauty. In the same way, our association becomes a brighter community when the expertise and experience of each member come together. Today, new technologies and treatment concepts continue to emerge, and academic expertise, clinical insight, and close cooperation among colleagues are more important than ever. In this changing environment, our association must continue to grow by maintaining academic depth, supporting the next generation, expanding international exchange, and preparing for the future.
I hope this congress will be more than a place for academic exchange. I also hope it will be a meaningful opportunity to strengthen trust and friendship among members and to reaffirm the identity and vision of our association. I further hope that exchanges among speakers and participants from Korea and abroad will broaden the academic horizon of our association.
